Loctite 290 Thread Locker

Loctite 290 is a liquid medium/high-strength threadlocker designed for locking and sealing threaded fasteners. Its low viscosity and capillary action allow it to wick between engaged threads, eliminating the need for disassembly before application. The product cures in the absence of air between close-fitting metal surfaces, preventing loosening and leakage from shock and vibration. It can also fill porosities in welds, castings, and powdered metal parts.
